CocoFusion protocol is a blend of traditional Pilates, barre, strength, and yoga in a tailored order of exercises which I have put together. It's a unique and effective approach that aims to transform your body, improve flexibility, and enhance overall well-being. Through a combination of exercises and movements, CocoFusion focuses on creating a balanced and sustainable fitness routine personalized to your needs.

My fitness approach is centered around The Joseph Pilates style. I was a middle school and high school gymnast so the exercises have always resonated with my early athletic experience. This style of training creates muscle endurance, muscle density, flexibility and core strength. This translates into long term mobility, strength and flexibility for as long as you can continue with the principles.
